You know, it’s kind of pathetic that I actually relate with a product like this – that I’ve spent so many hours of my life waiting on hold to speak to a customer service rep or tech support that I feel the pull to streamline the process. But, I do. During years of tinkering with electronics, always feeling compelled to have the latest and greatest bleeding edge laptop or gadget, I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with tech support – usually dealing with burnt out hard drives, fried processors, and crazy warranty replacements.
